SA-724MGrB层板的焊接工艺评定

摘要

新型多层容器使用了SA-724M GrB钢板作为层板材料，通过对该材料及其焊材的焊接工艺试验，掌握了其性能和特点，提出了母材归类报告和填充金属归类报告。依据该设备的结构特点，选择并实施了适当的焊接工艺评定，形成了PQR报告，成功应用于产品生产。%The new type of welded-layered pressure vessel used the layer-plate of SA-724MGrade B, technological tests have done with the plate and welding materials for it,and learned the characterization and performance of them,base metal classification report and filler metal classification report have been put forward.Based on the features of the equipment,particular type of welding procedure qualification has been carried out,from which the qualification report has been made and successful guided the manufac-ture of the vessel.
