外压无折边直斜锥壳容器屈曲模拟计算与研究

     

摘要

The straight slant conical shell without hem and the conical shell under external pressure is concerned.The buckling simulation calculation has been done and the buckling instability mode has been obtained.The result shows that due to the difference of the axial symmetry,the buckling instability mode shapes of two kinds of conical shells are completely different.The straight slant conical shell without hem manifests as the local instability,while the conical shell shows the overall instability.In addition,the pos-sible influence of geometric parameters to the buckling critical pressure value has been discussed.The re-sults show that the half apex angle has a great influence to the buckling critical pressure value of two kinds of conical shells;On the other hand,under the different small end diameters,the influence of the half apex angle to the buckling critical pressure value of the straight slant conical shell without hem also remains some differences;Finally with the shortening of the axial length,the buckling critical pressure val-ue of two kinds of conical shells increases at first and then decreased gradually.%以受外压的无折边直斜锥壳及正锥壳为研究对象,对两种锥壳进行了外压屈曲模拟计算,得到了屈曲失稳模态,结果表明,两种锥壳由于轴对称性的差异造成了屈曲失稳模态形状完全不同,无折边直斜锥壳失稳时表现为局部失稳,正锥壳则表现为整体失稳;此外,还讨论了几何参数对屈曲失稳临界压力值可能造成的影响。结果表明,一方面,锥壳半顶角对两种锥壳的屈曲失稳临界压力值存在较大影响;另一方面,在不同的锥壳小端直径下,无折边直斜锥壳的锥壳半顶角对其屈曲失稳临界压力值的影响程度存在差异;最后,随着锥壳轴向长度的缩短,两种锥壳的屈曲失稳临界压力值先逐渐增大、后逐渐减小。
