外压无折边锥壳加强设计与稳定性分析

         

摘要

Non-fold conical shell under external pressure not only needs to satisfy self-strength and stabili-ty requirements,but also needs to provide strengthen design and stability checking at big and little-endian between cylinder and conical shell.In this paper,strengthen design principle was theoretical discussed simply based on the first theory of ASME Ⅷ-1 .In addition,it comes to the conclusions that:stability sta-bility increases at first then decreases with half cone angle increases,stability improve significantly with conical thickness increases,radius ratios has no significantly influence on stability,which based on the fi-nite element method.Further more,stability will be improved significantly when stiffening ring located at the position of the maximum circumferential compressive stress.%无折边锥壳在外压作用下不仅要满足自身强度和稳定性要求,还需对其大小端连接处进行加强设计和稳定性校核。基于ASME Ⅷ-1第一强度理论对无折边锥壳的加强设计原理进行了简单的理论介绍,并重点基于有限元法从应力分析的观点得出:随半锥角的增大,外压稳定性先增大后减小;增加筒锥厚度可显著提高外压稳定性;大小端筒体内径比的变化对外压稳定性无显著影响。另外,加强圈设置在最大周向压缩应力值处可显著提高外压稳定性。
