承压设备使用药芯焊丝电弧焊的思考——碳钢低合金钢药芯焊丝产业升级呼唤新规则

It was concerned by welding industry that flux-cored arc welding(FCAW) used on pressure-bearing equipment.FCAW was allowed to used on power plant boiler,pressure vessel pressure weld (circumferential weld usually) by many international company and authoritative code/standards.Although Chinese flux-cored wire industry rapid growth,quality improve obviously,but compared with international advanced level,not only less product quality,but also large gap on soft power,such as the relevant code/standards for flux-cored wire were not sound,and lack of basic data happens on FCAW wire manufacture industry,these issues limited the flux-cored wire more popularize and FCAW wire manufacture industry technical progress.%承压设备采用药芯焊丝电弧焊是焊接行业关心的问题,不少国际知名企业和国际权威标准都允许使用药芯焊丝电弧焊(FCAW)进行锅炉、压力容器的承压焊缝(环缝常见)的焊接.随着国内的药芯焊丝制造业的快速发展,产品质量大幅度提高,但是与国际先进水平相比,除了药芯焊丝品质有差距,软实力的差距依然明显,比如:药芯焊丝的很多相关标准都不健全、药芯焊丝的制造业也缺失很多基础数据等,这些问题限制了药芯焊丝更大范围推广与药芯焊丝制造业的技术进步.
