心血管病家庭药历中医学专业需求调研

摘要

目的 为了拓展药师工作,拟建立心血管病家庭药历,从而为心血管病患者及家属提供高质、有效的药学服务.方法 自行设计调研问卷,在某"三甲"医院和社区进行一次抽样性调研,了解心血管病家庭药历专业内容的需求情况.结果 共发出调研问卷163份,回收问卷163份,其中有4份因内容填写不全和有敷衍之嫌被视为无效问卷,即有效问卷共159份,有效回收率为97.5%.心血管病家庭药历的专业需求包括持有人的基本资料、4类保健知识指导、判断治疗质量的普适性量表、家庭治疗相关的自测记录项目与症状记录项目.结论 通过调研,为建立适应性强、专业性强的心血管病家庭药历搭建了基本构架,以便药学服务更好地向专业化、全程化发展.%Objective To extend the work of pharmacists, and establish a domestic medication history of cardiovascular diseases for patients and their family members with high-quality and effective pharmaceutical service.Methods The survey questionnaire was self-designed for a ‘ Grade Ⅲ Class A' Hospital and the community for a spot field investigation, then the medical professional requirements of domestic medication history for cardiovascular disease should be understood.Results 163 questionnaires were issued and received,4 of them were uncompleted because of the invalid content, so there was 159 valid questionnaires, and the effective response rate was 97.5％.The medical professional requirements of cardiovascular domestic medication history included basic information of holder,4 types of health-care knowledge guidance,the generic scale to determine the quality of universal treatment of patients,and self-inspection records and symptoms' records related treatment in family.Conclusion It had been set up the basic framework for the establishment of adaptable and professional cardiovascular domestic medication history by the investigation ,in order to promote the development of pharmaceutical service with more specialization and full range.
