The method involves sending a request/advertisement to a service provider/communication interface (104) and transmitting the request to a connection system. The request is compared with a potential response of the request to determine a correspondence between the request and the response. A part of the request is sent to a professional (118) e.g. commercial agent, for an acceptation demand, after the determination by sending description of movable property or immovable property e.g. building, and service provision demand. Another request part is sent to the professional after acceptation. An independent claim is also included for a user communicating system comprising a data base.
