贞芪扶正注射液的提取纯化工艺研究

摘要

Objective To ascertain the condition for extracting and purifying process of zhenqi fuzheng injections. Methods With the content and transferring rate of polysaccharides as index, the optimum extraction and ultrafil-tration condition were selected. Results The content of polysaccharide was more than 50% with the optimize technique. Conclusion The preparation technique is feasible and the ultrafiltration technique can be used for middle-scale production.%目的 优选贞芪扶正注射液的提取纯化工艺.方法 以贞芪总多糖含量和转移率为指标,考察了多糖提取及超滤工艺对多糖含量的影响.结果 该优选工艺制备的贞芪总多糖含量为50%以上.结论 本方法简单可行,可为工业生产提供依据.
