稳心颗粒辅助治疗阵发性心房颤动的效果评估

摘要

目的 探讨稳心颗粒在阵发性心房颤动治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 76例阵发性心房颤动患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组38例.对照组单纯给予胺碘酮治疗;实验组则给予胺碘酮+稳心颗粒治疗.观察和比较两组患者的临床疗效、LVEDD和LAD变化情况、生化指标水平.结果 实验组的房颤复发病例和发作次数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者首次复发时间明显迟于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的总有效率为78.95%,对照组的总有效率为55.26%,实验组的临床效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗6个月后的LVEDD、LAD均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的Pmax、Pd、VA、LAVmax、LAEF指标水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 临床应用胺碘酮+稳心颗粒治疗阵发性心房颤动的疗效显著.%Objective To investigate the clinical value about Wenxin granule treatment for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients. Methods 76 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group ( n = 38 )was treated with amiodarone only, treatment group ( n = 38 )was treated with amioda-rone and Wenxin granule. The clinical effects,changes of LVEDD,LAD and biochemical indicators in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation and the number of episodes of treatment group were significantly less than those of control group( P < 0. 05 ); the time of first relapse in treatment group was significantly later than that in control group( P <0. 05 );the total effective rate was 78. 95% in treatment group, while it was 55. 26% in control group, so the clinical effect in treatment group was significantly better than that of control group ( P < 0. 05 ); the size of LVEDD and LAD in treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group( P <0. 05 );the index value of Pmax ,Pd, VA,LAVmax ,LAEF in treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion There is significant clinical effect of Wenxin granule treatment for the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients.
