低分子肝素致血小板减少症一例分析

摘要

The article discusses a case ( hospitalized for unstable angina ) of bleeding from the gums and skin after receiving low molecular weight heparin, accompanied by a decline in platelets, and heparin induced thrombocyto penia ( HIT ) is considered. Low molecular weight heparin induced thrombocytopenia is relatively rare. Pharmacists should be alert to the occurrence of HIT when low molecular weight heparin is given, then early detection and treatment is necessary.%本文对1例不稳定性心绞痛住院患者应用低分子肝素钙后出现牙龈及皮肤出血(同时伴有血小板下降,考虑患者为肝素相关性血小板减少痘)进行分析.提示临床中由低分子肝素引起血小板减少比较罕见,在应用低分子肝素时,同样应警惕肝素相关性血小板减少症的发生,做到早发现、早治疗.
