艾塞那肽治疗口服药失效血糖控制不佳的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者的疗效和安全性

摘要

目的 观察艾塞那肽联合二甲双胍和磺脲类药物治疗口服药失效血糖控制不佳的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者的疗效和安全性.方法 在用二甲双胍+磺脲类药物治疗血糖控制欠佳的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者加用艾塞那肽治疗6个月后,观察其FPG、PPG、HbA1c、低血糖发生率、体重变化情况.结果 与治疗前相比,患者的FPG、PPG、HbA1c、体重变化均显著下降(P＜0.05).结论 艾塞那肽可以显著改善患者的血糖,降低nbA1c,使血糖达标,同时还可以持续降低体重.%Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of exenatide on type 2 diabetes patients with blood control failure.Methods Type 2 diabetes obesity patients with metformin plug sulfonylureas treatment failure were given exenatide for 6 months and FPG,PPG,nbA1 c,incidence of low blood,weight changes of the patients were observed.Results Compared with before treatment,patients' FPG,PPG,HbA1c,incidence of low blood sugar,weight changes all significantly decreased(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Exenatide can significantly improve patients' blood sugar,reduce blood sugar HbA1 c,and at the same time also can steadily reduce weight.
