参附注射液联合血必净对脓毒性休克患者血清细胞因子的影响

摘要

目的 探讨参附注射液联合血必净治疗脓毒性体克患者的临床疗效,观察其对血清细胞因子的影响.方法 将126例脓毒性休克患者随机分入对照组(n=62)与观察组(n=64),对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予参附注射液联合血必净治疗.比较两组治疗前后APACHEⅡ、Mashall评分、血流动力学及血清细胞因子的改变.结果 治疗后3d,观察组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)及中心静脉压(CVP)显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后1周,观察组APACHEⅡ、Mashall评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 参附注射波联合血必净治疗脓毒性休克可显著改善血流动力学,降低血清细胞因子水平.%Objective To explore the effect of shenfu injection combined with xuebijing on serum cytokines in patients with septic shock.Methods 126 cases of septic shock were randomly divided into control group and experience group.62 patients in control group were given routine treatment and 64 cases in experience group received shenfu injection combined with xuebijing therapy based on routine treatment.APACHE Ⅱ,Mashall scores,hemodynamics and cytokines of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results SBP,DBP,MAP and CVP after treated for 3 d in experience group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; APACHE Ⅱ and Mashall scores after treated for 1 week in experience group were much lower than those in control group(P ＜ 0.05) ; After treatment,serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in experience group greatly decreased compared with those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection combined with xuebijing therapy for septic shock can greatly improve the hemodynamics and decrease the serum cytokines levels.
