西格列汀联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察西格列汀联合缬沙坦在早期2型糖尿病肾病中的疗效。方法对照组采用胰岛素降糖,应用缬沙坦减少尿蛋白,观察组采用西格列汀联合缬沙坦治疗。治疗6个月后,对两组的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重指数(BMI)、平均动脉压(MAP)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)进行统计分析。结果两组治疗前后BMI、MAP比较差异无统计学意义,两组治疗后HbA1c、CysC、mAlb较治疗前下降,且观察组的HbA1c、CysC、mAlb较对照组下降更显著。结论西格列汀联合缬沙坦治疗不仅能降低HbA1c,同时也能改善2型糖尿病肾病早期的肾功能。%Objective To investigate the curative effect of sitagliptin with valsartan in the early stage of dia-betic nephropathy. Methods Insulin was used in control group,with valsartan to decrease albuminuria,in contrast,sita-gliptin with valsartan was used in observation group. Statistical analysis was made after 6 months treatment on the inde-xes of glycolated hemoglobin(HbA1c),body mass index(BMI),diastolic pressure(SBP),serum cystatin C(CysC), microalbuminuria( mAlb) . Results As the BMI and SBP were concerned,there was no significant difference in both groups before and after treatment,but HbA1c,mAlb,CysC of both groups decreased after the treatment,and compared with control group,after the treatment the index of HbA1c,mAlb,CysC in observation group decreased more signifi-cantly. Conclusion Sitagliptin combined with valsartan can not only decrease HbA1c,at the same time it can improve renal function of the early stage diabetic nephropathy patients.
