他汀相关性肌病的研究进展

摘要

随着他汀类药物在临床上的广泛应用，他汀相关性肌病尤其是他汀类药物导致的致命性横纹肌溶解，已引起国内外的广泛关注。本文对他汀类药物的肌肉毒性进行整理分析和综述，探讨他汀相关性肌病的临床表现、致病机制和防治方法，以促进他汀类药物的合理用药，为临床提供参考。%As statins were widely used in clinic, statins-related myopathy, especially rhabdomyolysis, had drawn wide attention at home and abroad. In this paper,we analyzed and reviewed their muscle toxicity,and also dis-cussed the clinical manifestations,pathogenic mechanism,prevention and treatment measures of statins-related myopa-thy,in order to promote the rational use of statins,and provide reference for clinical practice.
