Objective To investigate the characteristics of related factors of phlebitis caused by intravenous in-fusion of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) injections. Methods 253 cases with intravenous infusion of TCM were collected from our hospital from July 2011 to July 2014,the patients′age,gender,primary diseases,drugs category,the infusion time, infusion sites, the number of TCM injection, infusion phlebitis level and the prognosis were ana-lyzed. Results TCM injections in infusion induced phlebitis mainly occurred in patients less than 20 years old and ol-der than 61 years old,there was no significant difference in the incidence of male and female. The longer the continuous infusion,the higher the probability of induced phlebitis. The main primary diseases that caused injsion phlebitis were malignant tumor (n=61,24. 11%),craniocerebralpostoperation (n=54,21. 34%) and the respiratory system diseases (n=42,16.60%).Thenumberofphlepitisofshuxueninginjection,xiyanpinginjectionandtanreqinginjectioncounted for 22. 53%,16. 60% and 13. 34%. The more kinds of TCM injection used simultaneously,the larger chance of phle-bitis induced. Conclusion The clinical physicians and nurses should familiarize the characteristics of phlebitis induced by TCM injection and tighten monitoring on it to reduce the incidences of phlebitis.%目的：分析中药注射剂输液致静脉炎的特点。方法收集我院2011年7月至2014年7月发生的253例中药注射剂输注致静脉炎的不良反应报告，对性别、年龄、原患疾病、药物类别、输液时间、输液部位、中药注射剂品种数、输液静脉炎程度分级等进行归纳与分析。结果中药注射剂输液致静脉炎主要集中于61岁的年龄段，男女发生率差异无统计学意义；连续输液时间越长，诱发静脉炎的几率越高；原发病史中发生输液静脉炎主要集中在实体恶性肿瘤、颅脑术后、呼吸系统疾病，分别为24．11%(61/253)、21．34%(54/253)和16．60%(42/253)；舒血宁注射液、喜炎平注射液和痰热清注射液最多，分别为22．53%(57/253)、16．60%(42/253)和13．44%(34/253)；同一患者同时使用中药注射剂的品种数越多，发生静脉炎的可能性越大。结论临床医生、护士应了解中药注射剂输液致静脉炎的特点，加强监测，以减少输液静脉炎的发生。
