参芎葡萄糖注射液致药物不良反应回顾性分析

摘要

目的：分析参芎葡萄糖注射液致药物不良反应( ADR)的特点，为合理用药提供参考。方法收集我院2011年1月至2014年5月参芎葡萄糖注射液致ADR 67例，将所得病例按患者年龄、性别、给药途径、原患疾病、ADR发生时间、表现、转归进行归纳分析。结果参芎葡萄糖注射液所致ADR以速发型过敏性休克最常见，多在用药30 min内发生，临床表现为高热、寒战、胸闷气短、呼吸困难、心悸、血压下降等。结论临床医务人员应了解参芎葡萄糖注射液所致ADR的特点，加强监测，以减少ADR的发生。%Objective To analyze the characteristics of the adverse drug reaction ( ADR ) associated with shenxiong glucose injection,provide references for rational drug use. Methods 67 cases of ADR induced by shenxiong glucose injection were collected from our hospital from January 2011 to May 2014,the ADR cases were analyzed ac-cording to the age,gender,route of administration,primary disease of patients,time of onset,outcome etc. Results ADRs of shenxiong glucose injection always attacked within 30 min after injection,mainly as immediate allergy,it was manifested as fever,chills,chest tightness,shortness of breath,difficulty breathing,palpitations,blood pressure etc. Con-clusion The clinical staffs should familiarize the characteristics of ADR induced by shenxiong glucose injection,and strengthen the monitoring to reduce the incidences of ADR.
