微波辅助亚临界水提取杨黄多糖

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the optimum extraction process of polysaccharide from Inonotus vaninii with microwave-subcritical water method.Methods The content of polysaccharide was chosen as the index,the extraction process of microwave-subcritical water method was optimized by orthogonal design.Results The optimum parameters for the method were as follows:1.0 MPa of pressure,1 ∶ 20 of solid-liquid ratio,8 min of microwave processing time and 400 W of microwave power.Conclusion The developed method is simpler,quicker and cleaner than conventional method,which is suitable for polysaccharide extraction from Inonotus vaninii.%目的 研究微波辅助亚临界水技术提取杨黄多糖的最佳工艺.方法 以多糖含量为指标,采用正交设计实验优化微波辅助亚临界水提取杨黄多糖的工艺.结果 杨黄多糖的最佳提取工艺:压强为1.0 MPa,固液比为1:20,提取时间为8 min,微波功率为400 W,该工艺条件下杨黄粗多糖得率为19.68%.结论 采用微波辅助亚临界水法提取杨黄多糖,简便快速环保,得率高,适合于杨黄多糖的提取.
