临床药师参与一例非小细胞肺癌治疗过程的药学实践

摘要

目的 探讨临床药师在肿瘤患者治疗过程中发挥的作用.方法 通过临床药师参与1例非小细胞肺癌患者治疗方案的选择、药学监护、疼痛宣教、药物相互作用分析、患者用药教育,阐述临床药师在肿瘤患者治疗过程中的药学实践.结果 医师接受临床药师的用药建议,患者在临床药师的指导下提高了对医嘱的依从性.结论 临床药师应积极参与肿瘤患者的整个治疗过程,协助临床医师合理用药,为患者提供个体化的临床药物治疗.%Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacist in the treatment of patients with cancer.Methods Through clinical pharmacists' participation in the treatment of patients with NSCLC,pharmaceutical care,pain education,drug-drug interactions analysis and patient medication education,the practical activities of clinical pharmacist in the treatment of NSCLC were introduced.Results The physicians accepted the clinical pharmacist'medication advice,and the patients' compliance was improved under the guidance from the clinical pharmacists.Conclusion Clinical pharmacist should actively participate in the treatment of cancer patients and help the physicians with reasonable administration,in order to provide individualized drug treatment for patients.
