CAPOX方案和SOX方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效及患者TP、DPD蛋白的表达

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of CAPOX and SOX treatment for advanced gastric cancer patients and its effect on the expression of TP and DPD protein.Methods A toal of 94 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,47 cases in each group.Research group was treated with CAPOX treatment,while control group was treated with SOX treatment.The total effective rate,life quality scores,TP and DPD levels,and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of research group was 70.2％,and that of control group was 66.0％,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scale score of two groups was significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the life quality score and the levels of TP and DPD (P ＞ 0.05).The adverse reaction rate of research group was 8.5 ％,and that of control group was 12.8 ％,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Both CAPOX treatment and SOX treatment have positive effects on advanced gastric cancer patients,and they can improve patients' life quality with low adverse reaction rate.There is no significant difference in clinical effect between the two treatment strategies for advanced gastric cancer.%目的 比较CAPOX方案(奥沙利铂+卡培他滨)和SOX方案(奥沙利铂+替吉奥)治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效,及其对患者胸腺嘧啶磷酸化酶(TP)、二氢嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD)表达的影响.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年6月我院收治的94例进展期胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组47例.研究组采用CAPOX方案治疗,对照组采用SOX方案治疗.比较两组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前后生活质量评分,患者TP、DPD蛋白的水平及不良反应发生率.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为70.2％,对照组为66.0％,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组治疗后各项生活质量评分均较治疗前显著提高(P ＜0.05);两组治疗前、后SF-36各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组TP、DPD蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为8.5％,对照组为12.8％,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 CAPOX方案和SOX方案都是治疗进展期胃癌的有效方案,能够改善患者生活质量,且不良反应少.二者治疗进展期胃癌的疗效无明显差异.
