TRAP1与恶性肿瘤的关系及研究进展

         

摘要

Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated protein 1(TRAP1),also known as HSP75,is a molecular chaperone protein of heat shock protein 90(HSP90)which can be expressed in a variety of human malignant tumor cells.TRAP1 is involved in cell apoptosis,metabolism,intercellular adhesion,movement,invasion and metastasis,and is associated with tumor cell resistance.The latest studies have demonstrated that abnormal expression of TRAP1 was found in the development process of breast cancer,colon cancer,ovarian cancer and other tumors.Further studies have confirmed that TRAP1 plays a key role in the regulation of energy metabolism in tumor cells,by blocking its function can lead to the death of tumor cells,and will not affect the normal cells.As a new target for tumor therapy,TRAP1 is receiving more and more attention.%肿瘤坏死因子受体相关蛋白(Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated protein 1,TRAP1),又称HSP75,是热休克蛋白90(HSP90)的分子伴侣蛋白,可在多种人类恶性肿瘤细胞中表达.TRAP1参与机体细胞凋亡、代谢,细胞间黏附、运动、侵袭和转移,并与肿瘤细胞的耐药性相关.最新研究发现,在乳腺癌、结肠癌、卵巢癌等多种肿瘤的发生、发展过程中都可以检测到TRAP1的异常表达.进一步研究证实,TRAP1在肿瘤细胞内能量代谢的调控方面发挥着关键作用,阻断其功能可导致肿瘤细胞的死亡,同时不会影响正常细胞.作为一个新的肿瘤治疗靶点,TRAP1越来越受到人们的关注.
