腰-硬联合麻醉对老年患者下肢手术中血流动力学的影响

摘要

目的 观察腰-硬联合麻醉对老年患者下肢手术中血流动力学的影响.方法 50例下肢手术的老年患者按随机数字表法分成腰-硬联合麻醉组(A组)和腰麻组(B组),比较两组患者麻醉前、中.、后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化情况.结果 A组麻醉中、手术结束时各项观察指标均稳定；B组麻醉中SBP、DBP下降,HR升高,与麻醉前及A组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腰-硬联合麻醉在老年患者下肢手术应用中循环稳定,安全可行.%Objective To observe the effect of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) on hemodynamics in elderly patients with lower limb surgery.Methods Fifty cases were randomly divided into group A (CSEA) and group B (Spinal anesthesia,SA).The changes of SBP,DBP,HR and SpO2 were compared between the two groups before,during and after the anesthesia.Results The hemodynamics of the group A was stable during the operation while SBP and DBP was decreased (P ＜ 0.05) and HR was elevated (P ＜ 0.05) in the group B.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion CSEA is safe and feasible in elderly patients with lower limb surgery.
