美金刚联合言语训练治疗卒中后外侧裂周失语症的观察

摘要

Objective This study is to investigate the effect of memantine and speech training on lateral fissure aphasia after stroke at the early stage .Methods Twenty-four patients with lateral fissure aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment and control groups , 12 in each group .Both groups received speech training .The treatment group received oral administration of meman-tine.The efficacy was evaluated before and at the 4th,8thand 12thweek after treatment by using CRRCAE.Results At the 8thand 12th weeks, total CRRCAE score in the treatment group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05).At the 12thweek of treatment, total scores were improved when compared to treatment before in the both groups ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Memantine and speech training is helpful for improving speech function in patients with lateral fissure aphasia after stroke .%目的：探讨美金刚联合言语训练早期干预治疗卒中后外侧裂周失语症的价值。方法24例急性脑卒中后外侧裂周失语症患者，分为治疗组和对照组各12例。两组均进行言语训练，治疗组患者加服美金刚，分别于治疗前和治疗后第4、8、12周使用汉语失语检查量表（ CRRCAE）评定疗效，比较疗效的差异。结果治疗第8、12周，两组CRRCAE总分的差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；治疗组治疗第4、8、12周及对照组治疗12周CRRCAE总分均较治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论美金刚联合言语训练可能具有改善卒中后患者言语功能的疗效。
