The utility model refers to medicine for the division of neurology and neuropsychology and can find application in neurorehabilitation departments of neurological and neurosurgical clinics in conducting sessions on restoration of impaired speech function in patients with neurological clinic with aphasia. A device has been created to provide patients with aphasia with visual and auditory feedback in the course of exercises on restoring the speech function, which contains a body made of plastic, including the upper, transitional and lower parts. The upper part of the case has the form of a cylinder, the diameter of the base is 120-150 mm, the height of the cylinder is 20-30 mm, and the thickness of its walls is 3-4 mm. In the upper base of the cylinder is a hole in a circular shape, along the perimeter of which there are ledges with a width of 20-25 mm. The bottom base of the cylinder is made in the form of a circular niche with a depth of 1-2 mm, the diameter of which is 2-4 mm smaller than the diameter of the hole of round shape. In a circular niche, a mirror of the same shape is rigidly fixed. The transitional part of the body is made trapezoidal hollow inside, the height of which is equal to the height of the cylinder, and the thickness of the walls is equal to the thickness of the walls of the cylinder. The lower part of the body is made in the form of a hollow tube, the outer diameter of which is equal to the height of the cylinder, and the length is 90-120 mm, the thickness of the walls is equal to the thickness of the walls of the cylinder. To the end of the lower part of the body is rigidly attached a flexible plastic duct-duct, the other end of which is intended for fixing the sound distribution box, connected by tubes with air ducts and headphones. The sides of the upper part of the hull form a cavity in it, passing into the cavity of the transition part of the body and into the cavity of the hollow tube of the lower part of the body. The useful model is simple in execution and use and provides the patient with aphasia due to constructive elements at the same time with visual and auditory feedback during the conducted sessions on speech restoration.
