荧光素钠引导脑胶质瘤切除术的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of sodium fluorescein guided tumor resection with traditional operation method in patients with brain glioma.Methods From Feb.2012 to Feb.2014,60 patients with glioma were administrated in our hospi -tal.Of these patients,30 patients underwent the traditional surgery (control group) while another 30 patients underwent the sodium flu-orescein guided tumor resection (observation group).The surgical results between the two groups were compared .Results The rate of full resection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group .The operative time and postoperative hospi -tal stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05).The post-operative KPS scores in the observation group were more improved when compared to the control group .The recurrent rate in the observation group was lower than that in control group during the 6 month ~12month postoperative follow-up period (χ2 =4.8,P <0.05).Conclusion The sodium fluorescein guided glioma resection can effectively improve the full resection rate ,greatly reduce the extent of surgical damage to normal tissue,and reduce the operative time and postoperative hospital stay ,thus,help to improve the quality of life of patients and promote the postoperative recovery.It is worthy of clinical application .%目的：比较传统手术方法和荧光素钠引导肿瘤切除术的临床治疗效果。方法我院2010年2月至2014年2月收治60例脑胶质瘤患者，其中30例采取传统手术治疗（对照组），30例采取荧光素钠引导肿瘤切除术（观察组），比较两组患者的手术效果。结果观察组患者的全切率显著高于对照组，手术时间和术后住院时间均明显短于对照组，术后生存质量评分较对照组明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。术后随访6～12月，观察组复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝4．8，P ＜0．05）。结论荧光素钠引导脑胶质瘤切除术可有效提高全切率，大大降低术中对正常组织的损伤程度，缩短手术时间和术后住院时间，有利于提高患者生活质量，促进患者术后恢复，值得临床应用。
