医学生临床教学质量评价指标体系的构建

             

摘要

目的:以医学人文为指导,构建科学、合理、实用性强的临床教学质量评价指标体系,为医学生临床教学质量评价提供依据。方法采用文献研究的方法,初步拟定医学生临床教学质量评价指标体系。进而,制定函询问卷和进行预调查。根据预调查结果修改函询问卷,并运用德尔菲法对25名专家进行二轮函询,最终确定医学生临床教学质量评价指标体系及各指标的权重系数。采用专家函询的积极系数、权威程度、变异系数和协调系数等指标,对专家咨询的可靠性进行检验。结果形成包括3个一级指标(教学管理部门、临床带教老师、医学生)、37个二级指标的医学生临床教学质量评价指标体系,并确定了指标权重。两轮专家函询,专家积极系数分别为96%、100%,专家权威程度分别为0.8954和0.871,专家意见协调系数显著性检验均为P<0.05。结论专家函询结果可靠、专家意见一致性较好,研究成果可为我国医学生临床教学质量的评价提供科学的依据。%Objective With medical humanities as guidance ,to establish a scientific ,reasonable and practical system of clini-cal teaching quality evaluation index to provide references for clinical teaching quality evaluation .Methods First at all ,we established the first draft of evaluation index system based upon literatures .Then,the questionnaire was performed .The questionnaire was modified according to the survey results ,and Delphi method was adapted to the second round of consultation with 25 experts.Ultimately,the sys-tem was established and the index weight coefficient was determined .The positive coefficient ,degree of authority ,coefficient of variation and the coordination coefficient index were used to test the reliability of expert advices .Results The evaluation index system including 3 first-grade indexes ( teaching management ,clinical teachers and medical students ) and 37 second-grade indexes were established ,and the index weight was determined .In the two rounds of expert consultation ,the positive coefficient of experts was 96% and 100%,re-spectively.The degree of expert authority respectively was 0.8954 and 0.871.All expert opinion coordination coefficients were signifi-cance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The results of mailing consultation of experts are reliable .The consistency of experts'opinion is good . This study could provide a scientific and systematic clinical teaching quality evaluation tool in China .
