腹腔镜手术护理流程图在腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨基层医院腹腔镜手术护理流程图在腹腔镜手术围术期护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2016年3月至2017年2月我院收治的腹腔镜手术患者188例,分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用腹腔镜手术护理流程图进行护理,记录两组患者麻醉前的心率、收缩压,比较两组患者术后疼痛、不良反应的发生情况,患者住院时间及满意度调查问卷.结果 麻醉前观察组患者心率、收缩压均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,住院时间明显短于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基层医院腹腔镜手术围术期护理中采用护理流程图能够标准规范护理操作,不仅能缓解患者术前应激状态,还能减轻患者痛苦,降低不良反应发生率,加速术后恢复从而提升患者满意度,缩短住院天数,值得临床推广使用.%Objective To explore the application effect of the laparoscopic surgical nursing flowchart in the perioperative nurs-ing of laparoscopic surgery at primary hospitals.Methods We selected 188 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospi-tal from March 2016 to February 2017 as research subjects in this study.The patients were divided into control and observation groups. The control group received the conventional care while the observation group received the care according to the flowchart on the basis of the control group.The heart rate(HR) and systolic blood pressure(SBP) were recorded before anesthesia.The postoperative pain,oc-currence of adverse reactions,hospitalization time and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The HR and SBP before anesthesia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The pain score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than the control group.The hospitalization time was shorter and satis-faction score was higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The perioperative care nursing flowchart at primary hospitals can standard the nursing operation.It can not only alleviate the preoperative stress but also reduce the pain,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,and accelerate the postoperative recovery,thus,improve the patients' satisfaction and shorten the hospitalization days.It is worthy of clinical use.
