Objective To investigate the expression of telomere repeat binding factor 1 (TRF1) in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods 120 cases of tumor tissues and paracancerous tissues from endometrial cancer patients were selected of Obstetrics and gynecology surgery in diagnosis and treatment, all the tissues were given TRF1 immunohistochemical analysis, and recorded patients'clinicopathological features and correlation analysis.ResultsThe positive rate of TRF1 expression were 90.8％in endometrial carcinoma and were 28.3％in para cancer tissue, and the comparison were statistically significant (P＜0.05).In endometrial carcinoma, the positive expression rate of TRF1 with the decreased of differentiation, increased of clinical stage and increased of metastasis lymph node, myometrial were significantly (P＜0.05);and the positive rate of TRF1 expression were not related to the age, gross type, histological type (P＞0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that TRF1 expression were positively correlated with clinical stage, myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis (P＜0.05), and were negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation (P＜0.05).ConclusionTRF1 is highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma and has a good correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.It can be used to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.%目的 探讨端粒重复序列结合因子1 (TRF1) 在子宫内膜癌的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性.方法 选择行手术诊治的子宫内膜癌患者120例的癌组织标本与癌旁组织标本作为研究对象, 所有标本都给予TRF1的免疫组化分析, 同时记录患者的临床病理特征并进行相关性分析.结果 子宫内膜癌组织中TRF1表达阳性率分别为90.8％, 癌旁组织为28.3％, 对比有统计学意义 (P＜0.05) .在子宫内膜癌组织中, TRF1的表达阳性率随着分化程度的降低、临床分期的增加、肌层浸润深度的加深、淋巴结的转移而显著增高 (P＜0.05);TRF1表达阳性率与患者年龄、大体类型、组织类型无关 (P＞0.05) .Spearman等级相关分析显示:TRF1表达与临床分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移呈显著正相关性 (P＜0.05), 与分化程度呈显著负相关性 (P＜0.05) .结论 TRF1在子宫内膜癌组织中呈现高表达状况, 与临床病理特征有很好的相关性, 可用于指导进行临床诊断与治疗.
