以血尿为首发症状1例妊娠性绒癌临床分析合并文献复习

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of renal metastasis from gestational choriocarcinoma. Methods A retrospective analysis of one case of hematuria as initial presentation of gestational choriocarcinoma. Results The serum β-HCG ( human chorionic gonadotrophin ) level exceed 10 000 IU/L, whereas it dropped to 2. 84 IU/L after chemotherapy. Conclusion It is important for diagnosis of gestational choriocarcinoma to detect the level of blood (3-HCG. Chemotherapy is still the main treatment.%目的 探讨妊娠性绒癌肾转移的临床表现、诊断及治疗.方法 回顾性分析1例以血尿为首发症状的妊娠性绒癌的临床资料.结果 化疗前血β-HCG水平>10000IU/L,化疗后血β-HCG水平为2.84 IU/L.结论 血β-HCG水平的检测对妊娠性绒癌的诊断具有重要价值,化疗仍为其主要治疗方法.
