目的：探讨瘤内动脉入射角度和瘤周动脉管径的改变对乳腺癌诊断的价值研究。方法选取79例乳腺癌和34例纤维腺瘤患者，采用彩色多普勒、频谱多普勒及能量多普勒超声检测所有患者肿瘤瘤内动脉入射角和瘤周动脉管径，并进行比较。结果乳腺癌患者瘤内动脉入射角平均为（18．42±10．67）°，纤维腺瘤患者瘤内动脉入射角平均为（47．28±6．01）°，2组比较有显著差异（P＜0．01），2组的瘤周动脉管径分别为（2．68±0．23）mm和（1．87±0．41）mm，2组比较有显著差异（P＜0．01）。结论彩色多普勒超声可以进行乳腺肿瘤瘤内动脉入射角和瘤周动脉管径的测量，为乳腺癌的诊断提供重要的参考信息。%Objective To discuss the changes of incident angle of the plunging artery and peritumoral arterial diameter in breast cancer .Methods 79 cases of breast cancer and 34 cases of fibroadenoma were choosed ,incident angles of the plunging artery and diameter of peripheral artery were measured by color doppler ,spectral doppler energy and doppler ultrasonic ,and were compared.Results Average incident angle of the plunging artery in breast cancer and fibroadenoma were (18.42 ±10.67)°and (47.28 ±6.01)°,there had significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.01),peripheral arterial diameter of the 2 groups were(2.68 ±0.23)mm and(1.87 ±0.41)mm,there had significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound can measure incident angles of the plunging artery and diameter of peripheral artery in breast tumor ,and provide important reference information for the diagnosis of breast cancer .
