乳腺癌根治术七氟醚与丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对术中血流动力学及麻醉恢复的影响

摘要

目的：评估在乳腺癌根治术中采用七氟醚与丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉方式对患者血流动力学及麻醉恢复的影响。方法将接受乳腺癌根治术治疗的60例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组与观察组，各30例。对照组采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉方案，观察组采用七氟醚麻醉方案，对比观察手术过程中2组患者的血流动力学变化情况及其苏醒状况。结果观察组患者手术不同阶段血压及心率变化幅度并不大，血流动力学基本稳定，与对照组相比差异显著（P＜0．05）。观察组麻醉恢复情况（睁眼时间、呼吸满意时间、拔管时间）显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对接受乳腺癌根治术的患者采取七氟醚麻醉方案，可稳定患者的血流动力学情况，缩短患者术后恢复时间，值得推广。%Objective To evaluate the effect of sevoflurane and propofol combined with remifentanil in radical operation of breast cancer on Anesthesia hemodynamics during operation and anesthesia recovery .Methods 60 cases of breast cancer who underwent radical operation of breast cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group ,each with 30 cases.The control group was given propofol and remifentanil anesthesia scheme ,the observation group were treated with sevoflu -rane anesthesia scheme,the hemodynamic changes during operation and recovery status of the 2 groups were compared.Results In the observation group,blood pressure and heart rate of patients at different stages had small difference ,hemodynamic was sta-ble,compared with the control group there had significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane anesthesia for breast cancer patients treated with radical operation can reduce the incidence of complications ,stablize hemodynamics of patients ,shorten the recovery time after surgery,and it is worthy of promotion.
