腔内超声在腹部肿瘤术前诊断中的临床应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨腔内超声在腹部肿瘤术前诊断和分期中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2012年6月－2014年4月90例腹部肿瘤患者腔内超声术前诊断及分期的结果，并与增强 CT 及术后病理结果对比。结果腔内超声肿瘤检出率99．2％，高于螺旋 CT 的肿瘤检出率74．2％；腔内超声在腹部肿瘤分期的整体准确率为76．7％（69／90），增强 CT分期准确率为58．9％（53／90），二者具有统计学差异（P ＜0．05）。结论腔内超声能清晰显示腹部肿瘤大小、形态及其浸润深度，可以为腹部肿瘤术前评估及手术方案制定提供重要的依据。%Objective To evaluate the application value of endoluminal ultrasonography (EUS)in the preoperative diag-nosis and staging of abdominal tumor .Methods EUS diagnosis and staging of 90 cases of abdominal tumor were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with enhanced CT and pathological outcomes .Results The diagnosis rate of EUS was 99.2%,which was higher than that of enhanced CT 74.2%.There had statistical difference (P <0.05)in the accurate staging rate between EUS (76.7%)and enhanced CT(58.9%).Conclusion EUS can clearly show the tumor size、shape and the depth of tumor infiltra-tion,It can provide important basis for assessing and making operation scheme of the abdominal tumor before operation .
