CEA和 CA19-9在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CEA and CA19-9 in colorectal cancer tissues and clinical pathological parameters and prognosis.Methods The expression of CEA and CA19-9 in 47 colorectal cancer patients were detected by immunohistochemistry methods,and their relationship with clinical pathological parameters and progno-sis were evaluated.Results CEA and CA19-9 were highly expressed in colorectal cancer tissues.The CEA expression level was related with M stage while not related with clinical parameters.CA199 was not related with sex,age,T stage,N stage,M stage, Duke stage and tumor size.CEA and CA199 level not related with overall survival,while combination of CEA and CA199 expres-sion level can predict prognosis to some extent.Conclusion CEA expression correlates with M stage of colorectal cancer,and combination of CEA and CA199 expression can help predict prognosis of colorectal cancer.%目的：探讨CEA和CA19-9在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法，检测47例结直肠癌组织中CEA和CA19-9的表达，并分析两者表达与其临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果CEA和CA19-9蛋白在结直肠癌组织中呈高表达。 CEA表达与M分期显著相关，与其他临床参数无相关性。 CA19-9表达与性别、年龄、T期、N期、M期、Duke分期及肿瘤大小无相关性。 CEA和CA19-9蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达与其生存期无相关性，但CEA和CA19-9联合检测一定程度上可预测预后。结论 CEA表达与结直肠癌M分期显著相关， CEA和CA19-9联合检测有助于预测结直肠癌患者预后。
