目的 研究与分析外周血Th17及T淋巴细胞亚群指标与小儿白血病的关系.方法 选取60例白血病患儿为观察组,60例健康儿童为对照组,然后检测并比较两组的外周血Th17及T淋巴细胞亚群指标水平,同时将观察组中不同分期与类型白血病患儿的外周血Th17及T淋巴细胞亚群指标水平进行比较,并以Logistic分析上述外周血Th17及T淋巴细胞亚群指标与小儿白血病的关系.结果 观察组的外周血IL-6及CD8+水平高于对照组,其他外周血Th17及T淋巴细胞亚群指标水平则均低于对照组,且不同分期与不同类型白血病患儿其表达水平也存在显著性差异,以Lo-gistic分析显示,外周血Th17及T淋巴细胞亚群指标水平均与小儿白血病有密切的关系.结论 外周血Th17及T淋巴细胞亚群指标在白血病患儿中呈现异常表达的状态,且与本病有密切的关系,可作为疾病的重要监测指标.%Objective To study and analyze the relationship between peripheral blood Th17,T lymphocyte subsets inde-xes and childhood leukemia. Methods 60 children with leukemia were selected as the observation group,60 healthy children were selected as the control group,then the peripheral blood Th17 and T lymphocyte subsets indexes levels of the 2 groups were detected and compared,and the peripheral blood Th17 and T lymphocyte subsets indexes levels of the observation group with dif-ferent stages and types of leukemia were compared too,and the relationship between those peripheral blood Th17,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and childhood leukemia were analyzed by logistic analysis. Results The peripheral blood IL-6 and CD8+ of ob-servation group were higher than those of the control group,other peripheral blood Th17 and T lymphocyte subsets indexes were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences of expression levels of children with different stages and types of leuke-mia were all significant,the logistic analysis showed that the peripheral blood Th17 and T lymphocyte subsets indexes all had close relationship to the childhood leukemia,all P<0. 05. Conclusion The peripheral blood Th17 and T lymphocyte subsets indexes show abnormal state,and they all have close relationship to the disease,so they can be the important monitoring indexes to the dis-ease.
