鼻咽癌放疗后致放射性脑病的影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of radiation encephalopathy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods 113 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected as study subjects.According to the results of magnetic resonance imaging and CT imaging,the patients were divided into the radiation encephalopathy group and the non radioactive encephalopathy group,and analyzed the related factors of radiation encephalopathy after radiotherapy.Results With brain or neck arteriosclerosis and hypertension disease in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy had a higher risk of radiation encephalopathy,older patients,the later clinical stage,radiation treatments longer appear the risk of radioactive encephalopathy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Conclusion After radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiation encephalopathy and whether there is a brain or neck arteriosclerosis and hypertension and other diseases,as well as the patient's age,clinical stage,radiation therapy and radiation therapy,and other factors are closely related.%目的 探讨鼻咽癌放疗后致放射性脑病的影响因素.方法 将113例因鼻咽癌而放疗的患者根据磁共振成像及CT影像学检测结果,分为放射性脑病组与无放射性脑病组,分析经放疗而导致放射性脑病的相关因素.结果 合并脑部或颈部动脉硬化或高血压等病症的鼻咽癌患者在放疗后出现放射性脑病的风险较高,患者年龄越大、临床分期越晚、放射疗程越长出现鼻咽癌放射性脑病的风险越大.结论 鼻咽癌放疗后致放射性脑病与患者是否有脑部或颈部动脉硬化及高血压等病症,以及患者的年龄、肿瘤临床分期、放疗方法及放射疗程等因素密切相关.
