肺癌化疗前后增强能谱CT成像中碘含量变化与疗效的关系

摘要

目的 探讨肺癌患者化疗前后增强能谱CT成像中碘含量与疗效的关系.方法 回顾性分析58例肺癌患者化疗1周期前后增强能谱CT检测的碘基值、RECIST1.1标准评价结果以及两者的相关性.结果 治疗前和治疗后有效组和无效组患者的碘基值比较没有统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后有效组患者碘基值降低,但变化无统计学差异(P>0.05);无效组患者的碘基值较治疗前升高,且变化有统计学意义(P=0.0091<0.05);2组患者治疗前后碘基值的差值比较有统计学差异(P<0.001).2个评价标准虽然不是完全一致,但是两者在本次和复查时的结果评价都具有正相关性(P<0.05).结论 增强能谱CT对肺癌化疗的疗效评估和预测均具有一定的临床意义.%Objective To evaluate the relevance of iodine in enhanced energy spectral CT and clinical effect before and after chemotherapy of lung cancer patients.Methods 58 patients with lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed before and after treatment with enhanced energy spectrum CT detection of iodine value ,RECIST1.1 standard evaluation results as well as the cor-relation of them.Results There was no significant difference between effective and ineffective group before and after treatment in patients with iodine base value (P>0.05).Iodine value of effective group decreased after treatment ,whose change had no statisti-cal difference(P>0.05).And Iodine value of invalid group increased ,and this change was statistically significant (P=0.0091<0.05).The difference of the 2 groups in iodine base value after treatment difference were statistically significant (P<0.001).The 2 evaluation criteria were not completely consistent ,but this and next results of which had positive correlation (P<0.05).Con-clusion Enhance energy spectral CT for lung cancer chemotherapy curative effect evaluation and forecast had certain clinical sig -nificance.
