益气养精法对改善老年非小细胞肺癌患者介入治疗后癌因性疲乏的疗效研究

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangjing decoction on cancer-related fatigue of elderly pa-tients with non-small cell lung cancer after interventional therapy.Methods 51 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were treated with interventional therapy,the treatment group received Yiqi Yangjing de-coction the 1st day after intervention treatment,a total of 28 days.The degree of fatigue,quality of life,blood routine,liver and kid-ney function and immune index were evaluated before intervention,the 3rd day after intervention,and the 14th day after interven-tion.Results Compared with the control group,the symptoms and quality of life of the patients were significantly improved(P<0.05).(P<0.05).There was a significant improvement in leukopenia,neutropenia and anemia caused by interventional chemo-therapy,especially in white blood cells and neutrophils.The control group began to decrease significantly on the 3rd day after in-tervention(P<0.05)(P<0.05).The levels of NK,CD3,CD4 and IL-2 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in liver and kidney function,albumin and serum cre-atinine between the 2 groups.Conclusion Yiqi Yangjing decoction can improve cancer-related fatigue of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer after interventional therapy,and improve immunity.%目的 观察益气养精法对老年非小细胞肺癌患者介入治疗后癌因性疲乏的临床疗效.方法 将纳入标准的51例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组.2组均采用介入治疗,治疗组在介入治疗第1天开始服用益气养精中药,共28天.分别在介入前、介入后第3天、介入后第14天评价疲乏程度、生活质量,检测血常规、肝肾功能、免疫指标.结果益气养精法组方服用第14天时,较对照组,患者疲乏症状和生活质量明显改善(P<0.05).益气养精法组方对介入灌注化疗后导致的白细胞减少、中性粒细胞减少及贫血状态亦有明显改善作用,特别是白细胞和中性粒细胞,对照组介入治疗后第3天就开始明显下降(P<0.05);介入治疗后治疗组NK、CD3、CD4、IL-2水平,较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05).2组肝肾功能、白蛋白、血清肌酐无明显差异.结论 益气养精法可改善老年非小细胞肺癌患者介入后癌因性疲乏,提高免疫力.
