碘-125放射性粒子覆膜支架置入对晚期食管癌的有效性与安全性分析

摘要

目的 探讨碘-125放射性粒子覆膜支架置入对晚期食管癌的有效性与安全性.方法 选取80例食管癌患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例.观察组采用碘-125放射性粒子覆膜支架置入治疗,对照组采用食管支架置入治疗.比较两组患者手术前后的吞咽功能、KPS评分及治疗后并发症发生率、1年生存率.结果 术后两组患者1、2、3个月吞咽功能评分逐渐下降,且观察组的吞咽功能评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组患者1、2、3个月KPS评分逐渐上升,且观察组的KPS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后各并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组1年生存率和中位生存期均显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 碘-125放射性粒子覆膜支架置入治疗能有效改善晚期食管癌患者的吞咽功能,改善患者生活质量,延长其生存期,值得推广.%Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of radioactive seed coated stent implantation for advanced e -sophageal cancer.Methods 80 patients with esophageal cancer were selected.According to the random number table method all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 40 cases.The observation group was treated with iodine-125 radioactive particles coated stent implantation,the control group was treated with esophageal stent implantation.The swallowing function、KPS score before and after the operation,and the incidence of complications after treatment,the 1-year surviv-al rate were compared between the 2 groups.Results The swallowing function score of the 2 groups decreased gradually in 1,2, 3 months after operation,and the swallowing function score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The KPS score of the 2 groups was gradually increased in 1,2,3 months after operation,and the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complica-tions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate and me-dian survival time of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion I-125 radioactive seed coated stent implantation can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with advanced esophage -al cancer,improve the quality of life,and delay the survival of patients,it is worthy of promoting.
