目的 探讨保乳手术对中青年乳腺癌患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响.方法 选取采用保乳手术治疗的45例中青年乳腺癌患者为观察组,选择同期采用改良根治术治疗的42例中青年乳腺癌患者为对照组,比较两组患者的手术效果、康复效果以及生活质量.结果 观察组的手术时间、切口长度、住院时间均优于对照组,出血量、术后引流量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后美容效果的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的生理状况、情感状况、功能状况等生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 保乳手术的创伤性较改良根治术少,术后患者恢复快,美容效果好,能够显著提高生活质量.%Objective To investigate the effect of breast conserving surgery on the treatment efficacy and life quality of young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer.Methods 45 cases of young and middle-aged breast cancer patients with breast conserving surgery were the observation group,42 cases of young and middle-aged breast cancer patients with modified radi-cal mastectomy treatment were as the control group.Surgery effect,rehabilitation effect and life quality of the 2 groups were com-pared.Results Operation time,incision length,length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the blood loss,postoperative lead flow rate was less than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of cosmetic effect after operation in the obser-vation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiologi-cal status,emotional status,functional status in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with modified radical mastectomy,the trauma of breast conserving surgery is less,and the recovery of the patients is faster,the cosmetic effect is good,and the life quality can be improved signifi-cantly.
