新一代EMS系统需要一个信息完整而且正确、可靠的实时电网模型.电网模型重建是要保证内部电网模型的正确性,同时实现外部电网模型的动态等值及其与内部电网的在线合并.提出了考虑外网等值的模型拼接实现方法,在分析网络模型重建的算法基础上探讨了网省电网模型拼接的关键技术问题.利用华中电网模型数据和江西电网的在线数据进行了计算,结果表明该算法在速度和精度上都能满足在线应用.开发的算法和软件模块江西电网投入在线运行,并致力于应用在新EMS系统中.%A power system model with reasonable external network is needed for new energy management system. Network reconstructing ensures the validity of dynamic security assessment done in the internal network, as well as realizes dynamic equivalence of external network and online integration of external and internal networks. An implementation scheme of model integration taking into account external network equivalence is proposed in this paper.Based on the analysis of network model reconstructing,the key problem of model for interconnected power system is discussed in this paper. An implementation in Jiangxi provincial power system in central China is described to demonstrate the feasibility and applicability of the method proposed. A set of software based on the method has been developed and integrated into an online early warning and security countermeasure.At the same time,this model would be applied for new energy management system.
