电力系统短期负荷优化分配系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

为了解决由多种类型发电站组成的电力系统混合机组间短期负荷优化分配问题,设计和开发了一款集成化的计算机软件系统,即电力系统短期负荷优化分配系统.系统的核心部分由一个主程序和四个子程序构成,在设计过程中结合其多变的运行工况和复杂的约束条件,以运行费用最小为目标,建立了综合性负荷优化分配的数学模型,通过优化设计,研制了动力特性分析模块、数据计算预测模块和短期负荷优化模块等核心模块.通过该系统对某电力系统数据的仿真计算,其结果表明能够减少火电机组的煤耗量和常规水电机组的耗水量,同时增加抽水蓄能机组的动态平衡效益.%In order to solve the problem of short-term load optimizing distribution in complex power system with more types of generating sets, this paper designs and develops an integrated software system named Short Load Optimizing Distribution System, whose core part is composed of one main program and four subroutines. In the design process, combining multiple operating conditions and complex constraint conditions and aiming at the least running cost, an integrated load optimizing distribution mathematical model is established and the core modules are developed which are composed of dynamic property analyzing module, data calculation forecasting module and short load optimizing module. Simulation results show that using this software can reduce the consumption of coal in thermal power sets and the consumption of water in conventional electricity sets, and increase the homeostasis efficiency in pumpped storage hydroplant sets.
