基于经济调度的微电网蓄电池容量优化

             

摘要

由多种复合式能源构成的微电网发电系统,由于新能源出力的随机性与不可控性,蓄电池作为储能装置是保证系统安全稳定运行的重要组成.对于不同的能源配置系统,需要不同容量的蓄电池与之匹配.从微电网的经济调度出发,以保证系统的可靠运行为前提,以整体费用最优为目标,提出了基于经济调度的蓄电池容量优化模型.采用混合整数规划法对模型进行求解,仿真计算了多种能源配置下的容量优化问题.仿真结果表明,所提模型与算法能在理想的机组启停策略与出力前提下最优化蓄电池容量,确保调度的安全性与经济性.%As an energy storage element, storage battery plays an important role in ensuring the safety and stability of system in microgrid power system which contains varied distributed new energy and is affected by the randomness and uncontrollability of new energy generation. The capacity of storage battery is dependent on the energy configuration of system. This paper proposes an optimized model of storage capacity based on economic dispatch to ensure reliable operation of the system and keeps the whole cost optimal. Algorithm of mixed integer programming (MIP) is applied to solve this model. Simulations under various proportions of new energy are done, and the simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm can calculate optimal capacity of battery on the premise of given start-stop strategy and output curve. This system can ensure the security and economy of system dispatch.
