分布式电源接入装置的研究和设计

         

摘要

阐述了分布式电源和微网结构体系,在微网架构下研究了0.4 kV级和10 kV级两种分布式电源接入系统.提出一种采用ARMTDMI(-s)芯片的分布式电源通用接入装置,分别设计了该装置的两大模块:功率传输模块和控制信息模块.该接入装置具有并网同期检测功能;采用结合各种主动式和被动式检测方法的随机性、周期性检测方案的孤岛效应检测功能;兼容以太网、串口和Modern三种通信方式,能满足主网、微网各DG三级之间的通信;具有功率控制管理功能和继电保护功能.针对含有微网的配电网,提出一种纵联(比相式)保护结合工频突变量原理的保护思路.%This paper elaborates the distributed generation and the micro-grid structure system, studies two kinds ofaccessing system of 0.4 kV level and 10 kV level distributional power source under the micro-grid construction. One kind of distributed generation grid-connected equipment using the ARM7TDMI(-S) chip is proposed, and the power transmission module and the control information module of this device is designed. The device has the function of grid-connected synchronization detection; the island effect detection function of random and periodic detection scheme which combined various kinds of active and passive detection methods. This equipment is compatible with three means of communication, including Ethernet, serial port and MODEM, which can satisfy communication among the main network, micro-grid, and the distributed generation. In view of micro-network for the distribution network, a protection approach combining pilot protection (ratio-phase) with power frequency variation principle is proposed.
