分布式电源接入对操作型自动装置影响研究综述

         

摘要

综述了分布式电源(DR)接入配电网后对操作型自动装置的影响及解决措施.首先介绍了自动重合闸、备用电源和备用设备自动投入装置及电源快速切换装置的工作要求.然后,以典型接线为基础,分析了分布式电源接入后对操作型自动装置的不利影响,包括拒动、延时动作、非同期合闸等;综述了解决措施,包括解列分布式电源、修改逻辑或定值及依赖通信网络的优化措施等.最后指出应研究DR类型、容量及接入方式与负荷容量、性质之间关系,以优化操作型自动装置的功能.%In this paper,the influence of the inter-connected distributed resource (DR)on operational automation devices and the corresponding solutions are summarized.First,the work requirements of the automatic reclosing,the automatic input device of the standby power supply and standby equipment as well as the fast switching device of power supply are introduced.Second,based on the typical wiring,the adverse effects on the operational automatic device with accessing of DRs,including miss trips,delay actions,asynchronous switching are analyzed.Furthermore,measures to address the effects are summarized,including splitting-up of the DR,modifying the logical or the value,and optimization measures relying on communication network.Finally,the paper concludes that the relationships between the DR type,capacity,access mode and capacity and nature of loads should be studied in order to optimize the function of the operational automatic device.
