To provide a control apparatus of a distributed power system, the distributed power system, a control method of the distributed power system, and a control program of the distributed power system capable of using a rectifier and making ripples small.SOLUTION: A control apparatus 50 of a distributed power system 1 comprises a plurality of power source groups 200 having at least one wind power generation apparatus 30, and a rectifier 10 which is correspondingly provided to each power source group 200 to rectify AC power to DC power, and aggregates the DC power rectified by the rectifier 10 to transmit power. The control apparatus comprises: a grouping part which performs grouping of the power source groups 200 into at least two groups 90; a phase command generation part which generates mutually different phase commands to the power source groups 200 belonging to different groups 90, and generates the same phase command to each wind power generation apparatus 30 belonging to the same group 90; and a transmission part which transmits the generated phase commands to each wind power generation apparatus 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
