A purpose is to provide a distributed power system that can absorb delays in responsiveness of a fuel cell, a control method for the distributed power system, and a control program for the distributed power system. In this distributed power system 1 that supplies power to a power load 2 via a power system in which renewable energy power generating devices 30, 40, a power storage device 20, and a SOFC 10 are connected, provided are: a power storage device control unit that adjusts the charge/discharge amount of the power storage device 20 so as to suppress fluctuation in power by the renewable energy power generating devices 30, 40; and a fuel cell control device 50 that calculates a target power generation amount of the SOFC 10 based on the SOC indicating the charging state of the power storage device 20, performs a power generating command on the SOFC 10 on the basis of the target power generation amount, and controls the power supplied to the power storage device 20 from the SOFC 10.
