海上风电集群电能组合输送方式研究

         

摘要

江苏如东大规模海上风电场建设工程包括9个潮间带,各风电场分散布局,采用单一的输电方式不仅输电效率低,工程建设资金较高,而且海底电缆对海域资源的占用和施工期对海域环境的影响较大.文中依托江苏如东大规模海上风电场建设工程,研究分散布局的大规模海上风电场集群电能最优输送方式,深入研究了不同输电方式的特性及适用范围,提出了适合分散布局、离岸距离差距较大的大规模海上风电场的电能输送优化方案,并详细仿真研究了电能输送优化方案中的无功配置及过电压水平,提出了在海缆末端并联补偿度为60%~70%的电抗器,能够有效限制工频过电压;限制操作过电压的策略需要根据海上风电场的具体布置具体设计.%Rudong plans to build large-scale offshore wind farm cluster,which includes nine scattered intertidal zones,the transmission scheme is for further studied because a single transmission mode of low transmission efficiency,high construction funds,and submarine cables for marine resources and construction of occupancy greater impact on the marine environment.This paper researches the optimal power transmission of dispersed offshore wind farm cluster relied on Rudong largescale offshore wind farm construction project,and studies indepth of the characteristics and scope of different transmission modes,puts forward the optimization scheme for the larger scale offshore wind farm of decentralized layout and different distance from shore.And a detailed simulation of the power transmission optimization of reactive configuration and over-voltage level is completed,and then the shunt reactor with 60%~70% compensation degree at the end of cable is proposed,which can effectively limit the over-voltage of power frequency.The strategy of limiting operation over-voltage needs to be designed according to the specific layout of offshore wind farm.
