磁悬浮列车补偿系统 IGBT 相模块故障分析

             

摘要

补偿系统包括滤波器和补偿器,用于消除高次谐波和补偿无功功率,但补偿变频器绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)相模块故障率较高,影响了补偿系统的工作效果。通过几年的分析和测试,从设备环境如通风、温度、湿度等外部条件,以及部件内部故障情况等方面分析探究,发现是由于 IGBT 相模块的部件和对应的底板间分层,从而导致短路故障;而造成分层的原因是变频器风扇开断自动控制的滞后性造成了底板处温度波动范围增大。改进后,将风扇设置改为持续工作状态,以消除不利的温度条件。%The reactive compensation system includes static filters and dynamic converters which can eliminate high frequency harmonics and compensate reactive power.But due to the high rate of IGBT phase modules fail-ure,the working condition of compensation system is very poor.Through the analysis and research of several years,such as checking internal condition of failure phase modules,investigating external environment such as temperature,humidity and ventilation,it has been found that there is delamination between the substrates and base plate in the fault IGBT phase modules.That is the main reason causing short ciucuit.Through testing va-rious parameters such as current,voltage,heat sink temperature and so on,it has been found that the reason is large temperature fluctuations caused by the delay of automatic start / stop control of converter fans.The solution is to change the fans into continuous operation.
