RSVPWM技术在船舶推进系统中的应用研究

         

摘要

摘妻:固定开关频率空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制策略在电机调速系统中得到了广泛应用.该控制策略下的输出电压在开关频率整数倍处会产生幅值较高的谐波,是电机产生电磁噪声的主要来源.引入随机函数,采用随机开关频率SVPWM (RSVPWM)控制,可将原来集中于开关频率整数倍处的谐波能量明显减小,并且可使谐波能量较均匀地分布在尽可能宽的频带上,从而达到降低电机电磁噪声和振动的目的.通过仿真分析及振动测试数据,验证了R SVPWM控制方法在减振降噪方面的有效性,并在船舶推进系统中得到了应用.%Fixed switching frequency space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control strategy is widely used in the motor speed control system,under the control strategy,the output voltage contains high amplitude harmonic focuses on the switching frequency in integer times.Using random function and random switching frequency SVPWM control (RSVPWM),which can significantly reduce the harmonic energy that originally focuses on the switching frequency in integer times and nearby,and can make harmonic energy well-distribute in wide frequency band as much as possible,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the electromagnetic noise and vibration of the motor.Through the simulation analysis and the vibration testing data,the effectiveness of the RSVPWM control method in the aspect of reducing vibration and noise is verified,and it is applied in the ship propulsion system.
