摘要

结合国网宁夏电力公司电力自助缴费终端管理现状,设计出电力自助缴费终端运维管控工作的业务流程,并阐述了其技术实现方法。从对缴费终端的日常运维管理、定期巡检、特殊巡检、电话报修受理等方面,以流程化的闭环管理方式,实现了对电力自助缴费终端运维工作的管控,解决了缴费终端运维管理滞后、终端利用率不高、服务效果差等电力客户服务方面的问题,可为加强供电企业电力自助缴费终端运维管理和客户服务工作提供一定的参考。%Combined with its management status of Ningxia elec⁃tric power company power self⁃service payment terminal, the paper de⁃signs the business process of the power self⁃service payment terminal operations control work, and expounds its technical implementation methods. From the daily operational management regular inspection, special inspection, telephone service acceptance, etc. of payment termi⁃nals, the closed loop management way by streamline is adopted in order to well realize the self⁃help payment terminal operations work for power control, scientifically solves electric power customer service issues about the payment terminal operations management lag, low terminal utilization rate and poor service effect. The method can provide certain reference to strengthen the power of power supply enterprise self⁃service payment terminal operations management and customer service work.
