摘要

This paper deals with an adaptive power system stabilizers (PSS) and thyristor controlled series capacitor (TCSC). The proposed approach employs the second version of non-dominated sorting genetic algorithms (NSGA-Ⅱ) to tune stabilizer parameters on a wide range of loading conditions to create a data base. Two eigenvalue-based objective functions are considered to place the closed-loop system eigenvalues in the D-shape sector. Then, adaptive network based fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS) is used to establish the relationship between these operating points and the corresponding stabilizer parameters. The approach has been examined on a power system test. Eigenvalue analysis and nonlinear simulations show the effectiveness and the capability of the proposed stabilizer to enhance system stability in real-time.
