长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程初通航道的建设

         

摘要

Since opening of the preliminary opening channel on the second phase of 12.5 m navigation channel project downstream of Nanjing in the Lower Yangtze River,the river regime remains stable generally,the navigation depth is improved gradually, and the dredging volume of channel maintenance meets expectations basically.Overall,the effect of channel regulation appears gradually.The increase of navigation channel depth attracts greatly large ships.The number of arriving ships more than 30,000 tons and ship draught deeper than 9.7 meters downstream of Nanjing in Lower Yangtze River increase remarkably.Furthermore, the ship carrying capacity and actual ship draught on the reaches between Nanjing and Nantong in the Lower Yangtze River also increase.The economic benefit of preliminary opening channel on the second phase of 12.5 m navigation channel project is remarkable.This paper analyzes the application effect of the AIS virtual beacons,navigation safety guarantee,as well as the maintenance mechanism of the navigation channel to provide a guidance and reference for the follow-up construction and maintenance of the second phase of 12.5 m navigation channel project downstream of Nanjing in the Lower Yangtze River.%长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程初通航道开通以来,工程河段河势格局基本稳定,航道水深条件逐步改善,航道维护量符合预期,航道整治效果正逐步显现.初通航道水深条件改善对大型船舶具有突出的吸引力,沿线港口3万吨级及以上到港船舶数量增加,吃水9.7m以上的超限船数量快速增长,沿线港口到港船舶实载货量和实际吃水明显提升,初通航道经济效益显著.对初通航道虚拟标使用效果、初通航道通航安全保障、航道维护机制等方面进行分析,为二期工程后续建设和维护提供指导和借鉴.
